1. What's the minimum quantity to take an order?
We can take orders starting 10.000 pcs. Few exceptions apply when related to low-cost items such as aspersion pumps, creamers, makeup cases or small bottles which the MOQ is up to 30.000 pcs.
2. How long does it take from the time to place an order until delivery?
From 90 to 100 days. We do not have any stocks, decorations are made to customer’s request.
3. Do you have a local distributor to attend low quantity orders?
We do not have local distributors; we serve the industry directly from our suppliers in Asia.
4. Where are made the products you trade?
China, South Korea and Taiwan, being the first our main source.
5. Are you producers or intermediaries?
We are the only intermediary between the factory and our clients. We supply from partner factories with which we have a strong business relationship.
6. Can you make decorations and printing on your packaging?
Yes, our suppliers do the decorations and printing process at their own facilities, we guarantee the high quality of this added value, which ensure low manipulation and reliability.
7. Do you have a line for Make-Up packaging?
Yes, MOQ from 20.000 - 30.000 pcs apply depending on the item chosen.
8. Do you have a Personal Care packaging line?
We don’t, high content bottles made of PET or HDPE over 100 ml is not included in our line.
9. Do you have a pharmaceutical packaging line?
Yes, we have commercial allies in China, BPM certified. We can supply aspersion pumps, vials, nasal sprayers, tablet bottles, child proof caps, etc.
10. Do you have a tech assistance service which helps in any particular development?
Yes, this is one of our strengths, we have the knowledge and cooperation with our suppliers to help our clients on item selection, decorations, printing techniques, private moulding, etc.
11. Can you deliver by air cargos to reduce times?
Yes, we can deliver to any airport in the world. Time would be reduced to 60-70 days in total.
12. Can you deliver to any country?
Yes, we can deliver all over the world. We ship from our Asian origins to any port. Terms CIF, CFR for sea transport or FCA in case of air transport.
13. Do you have a price list?
We don’t, we quote for each particular case.
